Brian Moore arrived right on time, quickly identified the AC problem. With parts on hand, the problem was resolved quickly and we are cool again. Courteous, knowledgeable, timely. Highly recommended!!!Posted on GoogleRichard14 September 2026My aircon evaporator was leaking coolant. Chris Ramirez was recommended by a neighbor/friend. Chris confirmed and quoted for a replacement aircon/furnance. After some back and forth with HQ, we agreed to replace the old Lennox with a new American Standard. The install team started at 8am and finished in about 6 hours. They were fast, professional, focused and cleaned up afterward. Chris came back to inspect the install and made final adjustments. The new American standard unit is doing great: more quiet and more efficient. The new thermostat is wireless and is a good upgrade.Posted on GoogleDon Gulick4 September 2026Brian did an amazing job! He advised us what to do in the future and advised us on future replacements if we need them. He even advised us on what to look for in replacement systems in the future. Was contacted the next day. Got service a day later. Chris took time to explain our system and recommended a fix. Got appt confirmations via text and email. This company is my go to now for sure. Update 8/26/2026 Had Aaron B out to do our A/C check. He showed us what needed to be cleaned. He caught an issue during his thorough inspection. We got it repaired. Chris was able to get a tech out the same day and in two hours he got the system repaired. The upstairs was back down to comfortable sleeping temp in less than 2 hours.
