Wayne Polen founded All Service Heating and Air in 1986. He serviced the Plano and surrounding areas. Wayne built his company with the knowledge that a customer just wants to feel comfortable in their home and get honest, reliable service. Wayne retired in 2006 leaving the company to his grandson Josh McGill.
1939-2008
Josh McGill took over All Service Heating and Air in 2006. He is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Josh has been working in the business for over ten years. Josh has experience with all makes and models. He has done installs, repairs, service, and sales for All Service Heating and Air for over 6 years. Josh currently lives in McKinney with his wife and twin boys and are members of the Hunters' Glen Baptist Church in Plano. Josh and his family look forward to the future success of the company.
